Arriving flights are checked one hour prior to scheduled arrival.
If the flight is later than what we have been told once we arrive at the airport, half an hour for domestic; one hour for international free waiting time is allowed; thereafter $55 per hour or portion thereof will be added to the fare.
All airport pick-ups are made in the baggage claim area of the respective airline, unless the flight is international in which case the pick-up will be outside the customs area.
If your driver cannot find you he will have you paged.
