The ILLBA was established in 1987 by a small group of operators to unify, protect, and promote the growing livery industry within the State of Illinois as well as the Greater Chicago Metropolitan Area.
The ILLBA provides a forum for the collection and exchange of information pertaining to regulatory and legislative activities and issues that impact its member companies and to advance the interest of the Illinois livery industry and its members before Local, State, and Federal regulatory authorities.
