The rates listed below include all charges (Service Charge, and Service Charge), RCL does not have any hidden fees or hourly minimums.
If you must cancel less than 120 minutes before the pick-up time, we need to charge you for one hour to cover our costs.
We at RCL make an attempt to arrive 30 minutes early for scheduled Pick-Ups, there is no charge for this.
After the requested Pick-Up time begins, there will be a waiting charge of $60 an hour for an executive sedan, $90 an hour for larger vehicles.
