Called because they were near my workplace and needed a new windshield ASAP due to rain being forecasted. Phone call response was rather quick, quote was immediate and the mobile service was within an hour or 2 after the call was made. Yes! AGS and Malia come through again! I have a 6 mos old 2022 Tacoma and AGS are the ONLY people I'll ever trust. They get me OE Glass and go above and beyond to help me out both times by picking up my auto and helping me! They replaced the glass with OE Toyota Pilkington and I couldn't be happier AGAIN with what they provide for their clients. I can't recommend these folks enough! I hope they never go away! Stop looking for other people and just CALL THEM!

Top tier customer service. Highly recommend. They replaced my windshield thru my insurance. Everything was great until i notice they ripped the cord out of my phone mount charger completely destroying the cable. After communication with them they offered to replace it($50) and everything worked out in the end! They went above and beyond to make things right. Great customer service and would recommend to anyone in need of a repair

These guys have helped me twice. Once when a rock hit my window and again when my car was broken into. They came to me at work so I didn't have to take time off. Excellent service! I highly recommend them. They also helped me with the insurance by contacting them so I didn't have to so it was painless. 5 stars!

I was on a family trip to the Grand canyon and a large rock hit my windshield causing a deep chip in my windshield. I returned to San Diego and called Auto Glass Specialists the next day, I wanted to get it repaired as quick as possible for fear of it spreading and costing me a new windshield. Tom had his guy out to my work a couple hours later. He was extremely professional and very polite. The windshield was repaired and they saved me from the cost of a new windshield. I highly recommend Tom and all of his guys.

My son borrowed my car to drive to AZ. When he was driving out there a rock hit the windshield and due to the heat it cracked up about 1/3 up the windshield. I called my insurance first thing Monday morning and tried Safelite first. 1st available appt was 10 days out! Are you kidding me? The crack is right in the field of my vision! So I called my insurance back and they called Auto Glass Specialist the gentleman asked if he could call me back to see if he had my windshield in stock.
He called me back about 15 minutes later and said that they could come this afternoon to replace my windshield! This afternoon? Awesome! Pedro called me when he was 10 minutes away and I met him at my car. He told me he would call me when he was done. It took about 20 minutes and he was done! Yay! My windshield is fixed! No fuss no muss! I highly recommend Auto Glass Specialist!
