Metro Link Sedans

I used Metro Link Sedans for the first time last week. My elderly (90 years old) parents were traveling from Charleston, SC to Jackson, MI. I called and told them my parents were both in wheel chairs and that they would need assistance once they landed in Detroit. They told me not to worry that they would handle everything. They even called me to tell me that they were at baggage claim waiting for my parents to arrive and then called me again to let me know that they had my parents had arrived safely and that they were in the car and they were on their way to Jackson.

My parents said that their driver was excellent. He was kind and courteous and a very safe driver! Thank you for taking such good care of my parents and making everything such a wonderful and hassle-free experience! We will definitely use your car service again!

Rao was great! This was our first time using this service to the airport. He made the 1.5 hour drive go comfortably and efficiently finding the quickest route. He was so accommodating and helpful when we had questions or requests. Will definitely use them again!

I've been traveling to & from DTW since January. I've never had any issues with them. They are always punctual, polite, & their cars nice & clean. We will continue to use them bc it makes these trips easier for myself & my family.

We (extended family as well) have been using metro link for many years. I typically don't leave many written reviews, but it would be wrong not to in this case. We have never had anything less than exceptional service! They truly go above and beyond! They have gone out of their way for us when we have messed up, missed a flight or made a very last minute request. On top of all that, the car is always clean and comfortable. The drivers are always courteous, prompt, professional yet personable, and understanding! Highly recommend!

Roop did an amazing job getting us to the airport on time and was very helpful!

My flight got in early and Roop was there waiting and was home earlier than I expected for a good end to difficult travel day.

First impressions say a lot. Easy booking process from my phone. I was kept constantly in the loop with both drivers. Communications were clear the met me where and when they said. Professional men, friendly. Assisted me with loadind and boarding. Vehicles are impeccably clean and maintained, smell like new vehicles, water bottles if you are thirsty. Very spacious and comfortable. Safe and secure ride, smooth transition. Return driver was Raj and I forgot the first driver's name. Excellent service thank you both!. I would NOT hesitate to book with Metro Link Sedans in the future.
