Most likely driver is turning around the terminal which usually takes approximately 5-7 minutes because we're only allowed to park & wait for 15 minutes each time.
After clearing customs and claiming your bags, please step outside and then MAKE AN IMMEDIATE LEFT AND CONTINUE WALKING UNTIL YOU SEE THE OPEN "TOUR GROUP LOADING AREA" ON THE LEFT HAND SIDE.

During the rush hours it could take about 40-45 minutes.
