If you are making your reservations online, it must be 24 hours before the scheduled pick up time.
We provide a refund when you notify us at least 2 hours in advance of your pick up time over the phone.
If you want to notify us of your cancelation by email, it must be done 24 hours in advance.
No shows will be charged full amount + 20%.
Call us immediately at (404) 934-5502 if you do not see the driver right away and we will make sure you and the driver connect.
